Overview of the Choirs Competition

The competition is judged by you chorus music file data, which are being recorded and submitted by yourself.
First of all, you download the sample set piece from the website and practice with students. Then you record your choir and upload the data file on our website page. The organizing committee will listen to each data and then inform you the competition result on our website page. Those who win the prize will receive seedlings to plant in their compound and moreover the organizing committee will visit you and provide useful tips to grow trees and an environmental education program.

*The prize for schools in other countries would be informed later on this website.


Who can participate?


A group of people, such as students in primary, secondary schools, college, university and also general chorus group, can participate this competition. 
Numbers of group member should be more than 5 people.
We encourage school groups to be participate, however we also welcome adults participants.

Please see the page, “how to participate?”  If you have any challenges to participate, such as recording and data submission, please contact the email below by the end of January. We might be able to help you.
We also welcome groups not only from Africa but also from Japan and around the globe if you have no problem with a recording device and Internet connections, however before you entry, please email and register us by the end of January.

      28th of February                       The deadline of submitting choir data.

       2nd of March                            Judgment by committee members

      3rd  5th of March                              Announcement of the winners of the contest

      The 3rd week of March            Uganda - Send awards (Seedlings) to groups, provide                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  tips of planting and environmental education in order.
